Description

“Cocktail & Couture” is an annual fashion event created by Tribeca ColorSalon, which just celebrated its 8th year in January 2020. With attendance up to 1,500 people, the event stages cutting-edge hair, local fashion, art and musical performances.

In 2008, after the tragic loss of two hairdressers working at Tribeca ColorSalon, Brandon Wagner, the owner, set up a $15,000-a-year scholarship program for local cosmetologist student needing financial help, the Tribeca Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Since then, the event has become an important fundraising event for scholarships, which are funded through ticket sales.
The event is hosted at the Ritz in historic Ybor City and has become the largest fashion event in Tampa.
This year a huge team of 30 hairdressers and makeup artists and 10 local designers put over 80 models on the catwalk.
