Description
Davines South Africa is the official partner for the Intercoiffure Education for Life program. This provided the perfect opportunity for Carlton Hair SA to provide an educational program for the Christel House learners, a non-profit organization that assists disadvantaged children.
Carlton Hair’s contribution, assisted by our Davines sponsorship, affords learners the exposure and opportunity to flourish in the hairdressing industry, as well as in society. Carlton Hair fulfills all academic and teaching requirements of the hairdressing curriculum at the school.
With the assistance of Davines South Africa, all the necessary products are supplied for the curriculum. Carlton Hair also supplies the necessary equipment, doll heads, and fully refurbished the classroom to create a pleasant learning environment. The bursary we offer is to study at Carlton Hair Academy and is valued at R95000 and includes the tuition and kit.
Carlton Hair aims to enlighten, empower and uplift each learner through hands-on interaction and education. The curriculum provides learners with a skill set otherwise unavailable to them.
The project continues to inspire learners and help them acknowledge and realize their potential, worth, and talent. Carlton Hair assists learners with potential by offering bursaries for the top students wishing to pursue a career as qualified hairdressers.
